Terms and Conditions

Clause One:
If the client entrusts the atelier with tailoring a specific type of dress or any other item, the atelier shall only be obligated to execute the work within the agreed limits, measurements, standards, and model between both parties. The client shall have no right to request any modification whatsoever unless approved by the atelier. The atelier may impose additional alteration fees as determined by it, and the client shall be obligated to pay such fees prior to carrying out any modifications.

Clause Two:
Upon the client’s signature on this form, the contract shall be deemed valid and binding between both parties. In the event the client withdraws from the agreement, the paid deposit shall be forfeited, and the client shall have no right, under any circumstances, to claim its refund.

Clause Three:
The client is entitled, within three days from receipt, to request the atelier to perform minor alterations solely for fitting adjustments. If the requested alterations require performing work not previously agreed upon, such that execution requires changing the tailoring method or adding materials or tools that were not agreed upon, the atelier shall have the right to refuse such alterations or request additional alteration fees. The client shall be obligated to pay such fees prior to execution.

Clause Four:
If the client fails to attend to collect the dress within ten days from the agreed delivery date, after being notified by the atelier of the necessity to attend for collection via a text message sent to the phone number stated in this form, the client shall be deemed to have withdrawn from the agreement and shall consequently forfeit the deposit. In this case, the atelier shall have the right to dispose of the dress for its own account as compensation for its losses.

Clause Five:
In all cases, the client’s receipt of the dress shall be considered an acknowledgment that it was received in excellent condition and in accordance with the client’s preferences, and the client shall have no right to dispute any of the aforementioned matters in the future.

Clause Six:
The client acknowledges that they have reviewed these terms and conditions, understood their content and meaning, prior to signing this form and prior to dealing with the atelier, and agrees to be bound by them accordingly.

Clause Seven:
Ready-made clothes are not returnable or exchangeable.
